Relay Programming Engineer/Manager

JOB TITLE: RELAY PROGRAMMING ENGINEER/ MANAGER

(Designation will be decided based on candidate experience)

Location: Aartech Solonics Ltd., Mandideep, Bhopal, India

Job Summary: The Engineer/Manager will be responsible for the design and

engineering of Microprocessor-based Bus Transfer Relay logic, ensuring the

development and implementation of efficient, reliable and innovative relay systems.

If having good team handling experience, this role may involve managing and

training a team of engineers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions and

driving innovation in system design and technical requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/higher in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Microprocessor based relay logic
• developer/programmer.
• Strong understanding of power system protection principles and relay operations.
• Solid fundamentals in electrical and electronics engineering.
• Expertise in relay logic programming and testing.
• Knowledge in communication protocols such as IEC 61850, Modbus & DNP3
• (will be an added advantage).
• Familiarity with power system analysis tools like ETAP, PSCAD, MI Power or
• SCADA (will be an added advantage).
• Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Benefits:

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 (Negotiable, based on skills/experience/industry

standards).
