Job Description Position: DVP / AVP / Portfolio Manager Location: Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad Industry - NBFC/Financial Services (Wealth) CTC: As per industry standards Experience Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Wealth management Sales, Private banking Sales, or financial advisory with New business development / Customer acquisition (B2C). Must have Wealth Products Direct Sales experience. Key Responsibilities Acquire customers with 1 Cr5 Cr+ investable surplus Provide comprehensive financial planning and portfolio management services Execute investment transactions post financial planning and during periodic reviews Manage queries related to Private Wealth, PMS, AIF, and investment products Deliver accurate and timely MIS reports as required Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals Standardize sales processes to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction Ensure discipline in asset allocation and advisory processes Achieve revenue goals through diversified product sales including Mutual Funds and others Foster strong client relationships and enhance service delivery standards Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure alignment with risk and compliance policies Stay updated with market trends and identify business development opportunities Drive revenue growth and build Assets Under Advisory (AUA) Uphold advisory guidelines to minimize risk and ensure ethical practices Skills Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have experience in Wealth/Financial Products Strong analytical and advisory abilities Ability to structure and present financial solutions clearly Deep understanding of wealth management products and customer needs Core Competencies Customer Centricity Business Awareness & Market Knowledge Relationship Building & People Engagement Result Orientation High Integrity and Compliance Focus Qualification Graduate / MBA from a reputed institute
