Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kanpur, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Relationship Specialist (Equity Based) will be responsible for managing and fostering relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders. Daily tasks include overseeing customer service operations, liaising with investment teams, nurturing business relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The specialist will also be engaged in financial analysis and communicating effectively to support business goals.

Qualifications

Skills in Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building
Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities
Experience in Finance is essential
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Previous experience in the healthcare industry or digital marketplace is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communication, or related field
Must have a relevant experience and contacts in healthcare industry.
