Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Explain vehicle features, pricing, offers, and finance options
Maintain good relationships with customers before and after sales
Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails
Coordinate test drives and product demonstrations
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Graduate or Plus Two (preferred)
Experience in automobile sales or customer handling is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-friendly attitude and sales-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,100.00 - ₹21,100.00 per month
