Job Summary: Muthoot Microfin Limited is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Relationship Officers and Collection Officers. These roles are critical to ensuring excellent customer service, effective loan recovery, and building long-term client relationships in the microfinance sector. Key Responsibilities: For Relationship Officer (RO): Conduct field visits to promote microfinance loan products. Identify and onboard eligible women borrowers into Joint Liability Groups (JLGs). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Assist in loan application processing and documentation. Ensure timely disbursement of loans and support post-disbursement follow-up.
