Relationship Officer - Insurance

As a Partner and Client Management professional, your primary responsibility will be to exceed branch level targets such as new business, renewal, straight-through processing, digitisation, and product mix. You will engage with Bank branch teams and customers to effectively communicate product details and enhance brand visibility. Your role will involve providing sales and support to all assigned branches, ensuring complete documentation and driving local contests and engagements to boost team participation. It will be crucial for you to monitor and track all contests and initiatives launched, while also maintaining a strong relationship with Bank Branch managers. Regular interactions with them will help in assessing business status and seeking assistance to drive and motivate productivity among the teams. Managing the relationship between the internal team and channel partners will be essential to stimulate sales growth and ensure a high level of responsiveness to the channel partner's requirements. Your involvement will also include aiding bank branches in adopting new processes and technology, as well as ensuring that sales targets are consistently met across all parameters. You will play a key role in assisting Branch teams to achieve their insurance targets by offering sales support, appropriate training, product updates, and sales information.
