Relationship Officer

The Relationship Officer position at our organization involves maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets through the bank, acquiring CASA, FD, and insurance through cold calling, as well as generating leads and meeting target values. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth through various financial products. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients through cold calling and promoting our range of services. Success in this role will require a proactive approach to sales, a strong understanding of financial products, and the ability to meet or exceed target values. The ideal candidate for this role should be a graduate with either no experience or a minimum of 6 months in BFSI sales. Additionally, candidates should fall within the age criteria of 21 to 27 years.
