Relationship Officer (Direct Sales)

Role Overview As a dynamic Financial Life Sales (FLS) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and sell Aviva's range of life insurance policies through direct interaction. This front-line role requires you to conduct daily client meetings, develop long-term relationships, and achieve the sales targets assigned to you. Key Responsibilities - Acquire new clients and generate business by selling Aviva life insurance policies. - Conduct 3 to 4 client meetings/calls per day to pitch products and convert leads. - Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis. - Take care of 13 M and 25 M persistency targets. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. - Provide financial consultation and insurance solutions customized to customer needs. - Ensure smooth completion of policy documentation and offer post-sale support. - Report your daily activities and performance to the reporting manager. Candidate Requirements - Minimum Graduate in any discipline. - Experience: 1-4 years of front-line sales experience, preferably in insurance, banking, financial services, or direct sales. Skills: - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. - Good relationship-building and customer service orientation. - Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings.,
