Urgent Opening for Sales - Direct Channel

Company - Bharti Axa Life Insurance

Channel - Direct

Location - Multiple Openings - Agra, Aligarh, Noida & Ghaziabad.

Position - SRO & RM

Experience - Min 1 to 5 years experience

CTC - 2 LPA to 4.2 LPA

Role & responsibilities

Achieve sales target on life insurance products.
Participate in weekly / monthly meeting on performance review with the Area Manager.
Adopt a need based selling approach for product positioning with customer.
Ensure quality follow up on leads from Telca base to ensure timely closure.
Take active interest in self development needs and participate in technical, product and skills training.
Owns the problem / process with the customer. Closes the loop.
Meet customers to resolve issues where necessary
Host events for customers to develop new and long-term relationship
Attend training and keep abreast of product and service developments

Preferred candidate profile

At least 2 year of experience in Sales. Experience in Life Insurance with excellent communication skill would be an added advantage.
Own Conveyance is must.
