Relationship Officer, Banking Sector

Job Description: As a Relationship Officer in the banking sector located in Kharadi, Pune, your role involves handling various customer service requirements such as account opening, DMAT account opening, addressing grievances, selling liability products, educating customers on product features, and issuing cheque books. Your performance will be evaluated based on the quality of advice provided to customers, the speed and efficiency of service delivery, and meeting sales targets for both bank and investment products. You will be expected to go beyond the stated customer needs by offering additional products, enhancing customer value, cross-selling asset products, and providing support to relationship managers managing HNI relationships. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring low attrition ratios and acquiring new customers through referrals from existing ones. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer service requirements like account opening, DMAT account opening, grievances, liability product selling, education on product features, and cheque book issuance - Provide quality advice to customers as evaluated by customers and supervisors - Deliver efficient and prompt service to customers - Meet sales targets for both bank and investment products - Cross-sell asset products to customers - Support relationship managers with HNI relationships - Maintain low attrition ratios - Acquire new customers through referrals from existing customers Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in customer service or sales within the banking sector is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand and promote banking and investment products effectively - Good understanding of customer needs and the ability to offer suitable solutions - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality service - Flexibility to work banking hours and days,
