As a Relationship Officer at our company, your primary role will be to establish a robust local distribution network for affordable home loans. You will engage with various contact points and implement field-based marketing strategies to achieve this. This position is well-suited for fresh graduates or individuals with some field experience who aspire to forge a career in the housing finance industry. Your responsibilities will encompass sales, customer relationship management, and overseeing the entire loan processing procedure. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Business Development - Meet the targets for home loan disbursements by engaging in prospecting, networking, and marketing endeavors. - Generate leads by connecting with community contact points like cement dealers, planners, engineers, and masons. - Product Promotion - Showcase and endorse home loan products both in person and through digital channels. - Carry out marketing campaigns including pamphlet distribution and visits to construction sites. - Customer Relationship Management - Profile customers, assess their requirements, and suggest appropriate loan products. - Cultivate enduring relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. - Loan Processing Assistance - Assist customers with the application, documentation, and verification process. - Collaborate with credit teams to ensure prompt loan disbursement. - Field Activities - Implement promotional activities assigned by the branch. - Maintain a visible presence in the local housing market. - Compliance & Quality Standards - Adhere to company policies, credit criteria, and ethical sales standards.
