Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager, based in Dehradun. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing customized financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include assessing customer eligibility, processing loan applications, conducting credit appraisals, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and continuously identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing client relationships and providing customer service
• Knowledge of financial products, housing finance, and credit appraisal processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the housing finance industry is an advantage
