Relationship Manager(IRM)

You will be working as a Relationship Manager - Bancassurance at Ageas Federal Life Insurance (Formerly known as IDBI Federal Life Insurance) located in Pala. Your primary responsibility will be to manage life insurance sales through assigned Bank branches. You will need to effectively coordinate between the Bank and the company, starting from lead generation to policy conversion. It will be crucial for you to engage with walking customers and assist them in purchasing life insurance policies. Your Channel Partner will be Federal Bank. As a Relationship Manager, you will be expected to generate leads from various sources such as in-branch lead generators, bank customer database, and walk-in customers. You will be required to schedule appointments, assess the customers" financial needs related to investments and insurance, recommend suitable products from the company's portfolio, and secure customer commitment for the purchase. Your role will also involve building a strong customer base to explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities, as well as obtaining referrals for potential prospects. You will play a key role in ensuring sales completion by overseeing the necessary medical reports and ensuring the timely issuance of policy documents. Adherence to the company's sales process and timely submission of reports will be essential in this position. The salary package is open for the perfect candidate, up to 4.5 LPA, inclusive of a Mediclaim of 12000, Conveyance, Incentives, Allowances, and other benefits. Additionally, you will be eligible for performance bonuses. This is a full-time position with day shift hours. The company also offers health insurance benefits to its employees.
