Job Description

Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and existing customers at the branch.
  • Promote and sell a range of banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds, and other third-party offerings.
  • Conduct outbound calling and field visits to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC norms and all internal compliance policies.
  • Meet assigned sales and revenue targets within stipulated timelines.
  • Handle routine customer service requests and coordinate with backend teams for timely resolution.
