Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales and relationship activities with branches in the assigned region.
Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and open market channels.
Promote and sell mutual fund products, ensuring adherence to sales processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and secure repeat business.
Organize investor awareness programs and participate in channel development.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
Strong account management and client relationship-building skills.
Quick problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of equity and debt markets, regulatory framework, and taxation laws.
Customer-focused, result-oriented, positive, and enthusiastic.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate (Bachelor's degree), MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
1+ year of sales experience in BFSI/AMC industry.
NISM V-A certification (mandatory, to be mentioned in CV and attached).
MFD certification is an added advantage.

Nice To Have

Understanding of mutual fund products.

Other Details

Field-based, IC role.
Interview Process: 23 rounds.
