Relationship manager

As a Relationship Manager at TradeCred, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with our valued clients and contributing to the growth of trade finance in India.

1. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs, financial objectives, and challenges.
2. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients and facilitate the transaction process.4. Present and explain TradeCred's range of structured debt solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages.5. Be up to date with market trends, economic developments, and industry news to offer strategic insights to clients and enhance their trade finance strategies.6. Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to TradeCred, ensuring clients' adherence to necessary guidelines.7. Achieving revenue as well as AUM targets.
