KRA Relationship Manager

A Relationship Manager is responsible for forming and maintaining connections with clients to drive sales. Their duties include meeting with client’s in-person to discuss new products or services, resolving client issues or services, to preserve relationships and communicating with other departments about maximizing client experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, educating them about our services, and guiding them to make the best decisions. You’ll also play a key part in generating new business by identifying opportunities for potential sales.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Building and maintaining relationships with clients

· Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.

· Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.

· Alerting the team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.

· Letting customers know about other products the company offers.

· Attending meetings with clients to build relationships.

· Achieving client relationship targets as set by the Head of Sales.

· Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.

· Carrying out client satisfaction feedbacks and reviews.

· Updating the software

· Designing campaigns to boost sales at different times.

· Liaising with Training department to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

· Daily Customer Information Form checking.

· Reference Data needs to be maintained.

· Quality of Calling should be appropriate.

· Should be responsible for Basic hygiene in premises.

· Hardworking with a strong work ethic.

· Greeting Members with Smile & should be in proper Dress CODE.

· Generating Leads from existing clients.

Duty Timings

Candidate should be flexible to work at below mentioned timing

Morning: 6 am to 3 pm

Evening: 1 pm to 10 pm
