Your responsibilities will include acquiring customers and advancing their proposals until the disbursement stage. Additionally, you will meet with existing customers to identify business opportunities that drive revenue growth. Your expertise will be pivotal in catering to businesses across various turnovers, including Emerging Business, Mid Corporate, and Large Corp. You will provide different working capital facilities tailored to each client's needs, such as Overdraft, Cash credit, Dealer Finance, Vendor Finance, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Term Loan, among others. Managing customer relationships will be a key aspect of your role. By addressing both service and sales queries, you will aim to engage and retain customers effectively. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to identify new segments and establish new trade verticals in different locations, opening up avenues for prospective business opportunities. Your innovative mindset will be valued as you recommend and introduce new services to customers, ultimately enhancing customer engagement and generating fee income.
