Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Relationship Manager to manage and grow the Commercial Vehicle (CV) business under the Saral Auto (SA) segment.
The role involves handling customer service requests, selling liability and investment products, and enhancing customer relationships through cross-selling and referrals. The ideal candidate should have a blend of service and sales orientation with experience in ficial services or banking.
Handle customer service tasks including account opening, DMAT services, and grievance resolution.
Educate customers on product features and assist with service requests like cheque book issuance. Achieve sales targets for bank and investment products through cross-selling and referrals. Enhance customer value by offering relevant ficial solutions beyond their stated needs. Support relationship managers handling HNI clients and ensure low attrition rates. Maintain a balance between service excellence and sales performance.
