Main responsibilities.

Team Management -
Supervise and guide team of Relationship Officers. Allocate targets (monthly/quarterly) and monitor their performance.
Personal Target / portfolio -
Manage a personal Sales by building strong, long-term client relationships to drive business growth. Provide end-to-end assistance for loan products, cross-selling, and renewals.
Lead Generation -
Drive lead generation through ROs and personal networks. Identify new market segments and potential business opportunities.
Training & Development -
rain ROs on product knowledge, objection handling, compliance, and customer engagement. Mentor underperforming team members and support their skill development.
Reporting & Coordination -
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with senior management. Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections departments to ensure smooth processing and disbursals.
