Job Description

Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams. Understand client needs and offer tailored product or service solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Required Skills And Qualifications Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for client service. Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions accordingly. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
