Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience and a strong background in retail mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and goals. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and financial products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
