Job Description

Urgent Required: Relationship Manager (Only Female Candidate shall apply) Position Title: Business Development & Direct Sales Industry: Real Estate (Builder) Location: Vadodara Roles & Responsibilities: - Understanding of products, its market, demand and supply chain management - Accept the challenging sales target. - Shall able to bring execution of new sales strategies to over come the market challenges and grow sales. - Establish / expand multi-channel sales and distribution network - Play a key role in growing sales to achieve challenging revenue targets - Manage and build cordial bond with channel partners - Apply strong analytics and business acumen to build new 'breakthrough' business areas - Execute all promotional activities of Company products, always ensuring adherence to company's policies and guidelines - Other tasks as assigned Competencies: - Well-developed interaction skills. - Ready to work in pressure situation and challenges. - Accountable, results-oriented, and self-motivated; open-minded to challenges - Organizational skills - able to coordinate activities and engage others to achieve results. - Ability to communicate fairly with people within all levels of the organization - Must have strong written and verbal skills - Able to manage change and to meet commitments and deadlines Qualification: - Graduate / Post Graduate / Professional - Overall experience of 3 to 6 Years in real estate sales only. - Candidate having real estate core sales experience only shall apply.
