Relationship Manager-PRIME VISHWAAS-Sales

As a Relationship Manager at Prime Vishwaas Sales M1, your primary responsibilities will include managing auto loans through car dealers, direct sales agents, and direct sales teams. This involves empanelling new car dealers, DSAs, and DSTs in the market. You will be accountable for the sales performance and productivity of your team, conducting training sessions for all channels and teams on product information, policies, and market changes. In addition, you will be responsible for managing business promotional activities with channels, tracking channels and teams for quality sourcing and maintaining a healthy portfolio. Your role will involve interacting with the credit team to obtain business approvals and staying updated on competitor products, policies, and market strategies. Your key deliverables will include recruiting, training, and motivating channel sales teams to achieve sales targets. You will guide the channel sales team and introduce clients to them, while maintaining knowledge of all bank products and services to assist in resolving customer queries.
