Relationship Manager - Primary Sales - Real Estate

You are currently hiring for the position of Relationship Manager (Primary Sales) for one of your Online Real Estate clients based in Bangalore. **Role Overview:** As a Relationship Manager, your role will involve converting prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate Primary Residential properties that match the investment needs of the prospects. You will be utilizing leads generated by the Marketing Team as well as generating self-leads through local activities to convert them into customers. Taking prospects for site visits in Residential projects, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in providing after-sales services and assisting customers with Home Loans. **Key Responsibilities:** - Convert prospects into customers by showcasing suitable Primary Residential properties - Use leads provided by the Marketing Team and generate self-leads through local activities - Accompany prospects on site visits and address their queries - Ensure compliance with operations processes - Provide after-sales services and assist customers with Home Loans **Qualifications Required:** - Positive attitude towards meeting new people and conducting 2-3 meetings per day - Experience in direct sales will be an advantage - Good communication skills - Ability to understand prospect requirements and pitch property solutions effectively - High levels of passion and ownership The salary range for this role is between 4 LPA - 6 LPA.
