Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Relationship Manager - Post Sales. The role involves engaging with clients post-purchase, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience for homeowners. Key responsibilities include addressing client queries, managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely updates, and building long-lasting relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Experience in client servicing, customer support, and resolving customer issues effectively
• Proficiency in documentation, data management, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage post-sales operations
• Working knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred(Individual with more than 2/3 years of experience will be preferred)
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree/Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
