Key Responsibilities

Agency Recruitment
Identify, interview, and onboard health insurance agents/advisors. Ensure licensing and IRDAI compliance.
Sales & Business Development
Drive health insurance sales through the recruited agents. Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Training & Development
Train agents on health insurance products, sales skills, and compliance. Conduct regular workshops and field coaching.
Agent Engagement & Retention
Build strong relationships with agents to boost performance and loyalty. Address grievances and maintain high satisfaction.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure regulatory adherence and maintain accurate sales and agent records.
Market Intelligence
Stay informed on competitor strategies and market trends.
