• Drive sales through the agency network in the assigned territory.
• Support and mentor agents to ensure consistent performance.
• Maintain healthy relationships with partners for sustained business.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, preferably in Health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on targets and achieve consistent sales.
• Familiarity with the insurance agency network is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region.
