Relationship Manager (Operations)

Role Overview: As a relationship management expert in the insurance space at NovaBenefits, your main responsibility will be to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring smooth monthly endorsements, conducting business reviews, and preventing escalations. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end monthly endorsements for clients meeting standard requirements on Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality - Collaborate with Internal Contact Persons (ICPs) such as HRs, Admin leads, and Finance officers to optimize the utilization of Nova's platform and processes - Proactively communicate and follow up with clients and partners to expedite outcomes - Manage escalations, conduct quarterly business reviews, and strategically undertake all necessary actions to retain clients Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in driving insurance endorsements with established relationships/networks within the insurance industry - Proficient in spoken and written English communication - Strong attention to detail and adept at building meaningful relationships - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and a propensity for data.
