Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Durgapur, Jaipur, Rajasthan

CTC: 3.50LPA-6.75 LPA +Incentives*(as per performance)

Positions: 5 Post

Experience: 1- 3 year (internship/work experience in finance or stock market are preferred)

Education: BBA/B.Com or pursuing MBA/M.Com/CS/CA or any finance-related course

About the Role:

-The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing clients, acquiring new clients, and providing financial solutions related to investments and broking. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and the ability to analyse and advise on various investment options to help clients achieve their financial goals.

1. Client Servicing –

 Act as the single point of contact for mapped client queries and concerns.

 Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.

 Monitor and update clients about new products/plans, their investment and market news.

 Responsible for their activation, nominee add, kyc, any modification.

 Understand clients’ financial needs and risk profiles.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation –

 Achieve monthly targets for new account openings, investment in MF, insurance and other products.

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, suggesting products/services that meet their needs.

 Explain and assist clients in opening demat and investment.

 Cross-sell financial products to existing clients.

3. Market Research & Updates –

 Stay updated with the latest financial market trends and investment strategies.

 Plan Marketing and promotional activities as per new guidelines and aware customer as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
