Job Description

Role & responsibilities To maintain and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales or service targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries, providing support, and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. • Build trust and develop relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. • Regularly meet with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction levels. 2. Business Development: • Identify potential clients and business opportunities to expand the companys client base. • Prepare and deliver sales pitches or presentations to prospective clients. • Upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients to maximize revenue. 3. Account Management: • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to meet client expectations. • Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction. • Monitor client accounts and ensure they comply with service agreements. 4. Strategic Planning: • Develop and implement account strategies tailored to client needs and aligned with the companys business objectives. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and improve services. 5. Collaboration & Coordination: • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery. • Collaborate with senior management on client strategies and business objectives. 6. Performance Tracking & Reporting: • Track account performance, including profitability, retention, and client satisfaction metrics. • Prepare regular reports on client interactions, pipeline progress, and business development activities. Work Experience: • 2-5 years of experience in a relationship management or business development role.
