Job Summary
The Relationship Manager Mid Market is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with mid-sized corporate clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs, offering appropriate financial solutions, and achieving business and revenue targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new mid-market clients and build long-term relationships
Manage an assigned portfolio of mid-market corporate customers
Understand clients business needs and offer suitable banking/financial products
Drive revenue through loans, trade finance, cash management, and other services
Ensure timely credit appraisal, documentation, and disbursement
Monitor portfolio quality and manage credit risk
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, product teams)
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Achieve assigned sales and growth targets
Eligibility / Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related field
MBA/PGDM (Finance or Marketing) preferred
26 years of experience in corporate or mid-market banking/financial services
Strong knowledge of credit products and financial analysis
