Job Title: Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager in ICICI home finance is responsible for achieving sales by managing and executing sales strategies for home loan products. Role involves focus on building business in the region assigned along with ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.

• Build business through multiple channels including real estate developers, agents, and referrals.
• Identify prospective customers, assess their financial needs, and present suitable home loan solutions.
• Actively engage in direct sales activities such as client meetings, property site visits, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and other stakeholders to build business.

Requirements:

• Passion for Sales
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Education: MBA full time (2024/2025 pass-out)
