Job Title: Relationship Manager Company: Edelweiss Life Insurance Location: Bangalore Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Life Insurance / BFSI) CTC: 3.5 LPA 4.5 LPA Key Responsibilities: Acquire and manage new customer relationships for life insurance sales. Drive business targets through effective client relationship building. Provide customized insurance solutions based on clients financial needs. Follow up on leads provided and generate self-sourced leads as well. Conduct financial need analysis to recommend appropriate life insurance products. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat and referral business. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues promptly. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business goals. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Experience: 1 year in Life Insurance / BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance). Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Age Limit: Preferably below 35 years. Vehicle: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
