Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Visits:

  Regularly visit all company branches across India to build and maintain relationships with local clients and branch staff. Ensure alignment of branch activities with company goals and strategies.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional clients, and retail investors. Provide personalized service to meet clients' investment needs.

• Client Retention & Acquisition:

  Identify opportunities for client retention through excellent customer service and upselling of products/services. Actively acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Market & Product Knowledge:

  Stay up-to-date with the stock market trends, new product offerings, and company initiatives to guide clients effectively.

• Training & Support:

  Train branch staff and local Relationship Managers to ensure they have a deep understanding of products and services. Provide guidance on best practices for client engagement and relationship management.

• Client Issue Resolution:

  Address and resolve client concerns, complaints, and queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.

• Sales Reporting & Documentation:

  Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients, sales leads, and opportunities. Prepare reports on business performance, client feedback, and market trends for senior management.

• Compliance & Risk Management:

  Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards during client interactions.
