Relationship Manager (IRM)

As a Relationship Manager - Bancassurance at Ageas Federal Life Insurance (formerly known as IDBI Federal Life Insurance) in Pala, you will be responsible for managing life insurance sales through assigned bank branches. Your role will involve coordinating between the bank and the company to ensure smooth lead generation and policy conversion processes. You will also engage with walk-in customers to offer them suitable life insurance policies. Working closely with our channel partner, Federal Bank, you will play a key role in generating leads from in-branch lead generators, the bank's customer database, and walk-in customers. By making appointments and understanding customers" financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, you will recommend appropriate products from our range, secure customer agreement, and complete sales documentation accurately. Building a strong customer base will be essential to explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities. You will also be responsible for ensuring sales completion by facilitating medical reports, issuing policy documents promptly, and adhering to the company's sales process while submitting reports in a timely manner.
