Role & responsibilities


• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with homebuyers and property investors. • Manage follow-ups through calls, coordinated site visits, and detailed property walk-throughs. • Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to recommend the most suitable real estate options. • Assist the sales team with lead qualification, project presentations, negotiations, and closure documentation. • Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions, site visits, and lead progress in the CRM. • Provide timely and clear responses to client queries regarding pricing, inventory, amenities, and location insights. • Identify opportunities to upsell premium units and cross-sell relevant projects based on client requirements. • Ensure a smooth, transparent, and high-quality customer experience throughout the entire property buying journey.
