Relationship Manager - Insurance Sector

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Relationship Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive sales through need-based solutions and cross-selling
• Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field visits
• Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Maintain MIS and update daily sales reports

Candidate Profile:

• Graduation in any stream (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of sales/marketing experience preferred (BFSI experience is a plus)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
