Relationship Manager- Home Theatre/Automation

As a Sales Executive, your role will involve meeting a minimum of 125 clients per month, including interior designers, architects, builders, premium residential and commercial construction contacts, and premium homeowners. You will also be responsible for submitting daily reports, performing general office duties, assisting with home theater installations, and providing demonstrations for walk-in clients. Your educational qualification should be a Bachelors Degree in any discipline. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of sales experience. Your working hours are from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and your daily customer meeting target is 5 clients. To qualify for a monthly salary of Rs. 15,000, you must meet a target of 5 client meetings per day. Missed daily meetings can be compensated within the same month to meet the monthly goal of 125 client meetings. Days focused solely on office duties are not counted towards the daily meeting target. You will also be eligible for a travel allowance of Rs. 2 per km. To qualify for this allowance, you must submit daily reports with vehicle km readings in the prescribed format. Incentives will be based on the successful completion of referred projects. However, incentives will not be paid if you resign from your position. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Trivandrum, Kerala. You should be able to reliably commute to the office or plan to relocate before starting work.
