Relationship Manager- Home Theatre/Automation

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Sales Target: Not Applicable

Educational qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Daily Customer Meeting Target: 5 clients

Responsibilities:

1. Meet a minimum of 125 clients per month, including interior designers, architects, builders,

premium residential and commercial construction contacts and premium homeowners.

2. Submit daily reports as required.

3. Perform general office duties.

4. Assist with home theater installations, including local purchases and material deliveries to sites.

5. Deliver invoices and follow up on payments.

6. Provide demonstrations for walk-in clients.

Salary and Travel Allowance Eligibility:

• Salary: Rs. 15,000 per month

o The employee must meet a target of 5 client meetings per day to qualify for the salary.

o Missed daily meetings can be compensated within the same month to meet the monthly

goal (25 days x 5 meetings = 125).

o Days focused solely on office duties are not counted toward the daily meeting target.

• Travel Allowance: Rs. 2 per km

o Daily reports with vehicle km readings must be submitted in the prescribed format to qualify

for travel allowance.

• Incentive: Based on successful completion of referred projects.

o Incentives will not be paid if the employee resigns.
