Job Description

As a Relationship Manager for Loan Against Property based in Mumbai, you will be part of the Secured Assets division of the Consumer Bank. Your primary focus will be acquiring retail customers for funding against Residential, Commercial & Industrial Properties. Additionally, you will provide loans for the purchase of Commercial Properties and funding with Lease Rental Discounting. The target customer segment includes small & medium traders, manufacturers & service providers, self-employed professionals, and recently salaried customers. The Sales team, consisting of Relationship Managers (RMs), is responsible for acquiring LAP customers through various channels such as Direct Marketing Agents, Direct Sales Teams, Branch Banking & Other Group Businesses. Your responsibilities will include managing sales for the Loan against Property business from cross channels and the open market, ensuring unilateral growth by adding new Branches, managing and growing the Direct Sales team, focusing on increased productivity, marketing and capturing catchment areas, meeting HNI clients to explain various products related to Loan against property/HF/ Working capital, and managing Builder relations and Builder Tie Ups to focus on Primary Markets. You will also be responsible for securing project approvals of Builders, generating additional revenue through cross-selling & multi-selling of Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, etc., training & developing the DST Team and DSAs, liaising with internal teams for business such as Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations, overseeing end-to-end processing of cases and updating customers on the status, ensuring top-class service for customers for better NPS Scores, and having a mandatory experience in SECURED LOAN SALES. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in Home Loan/Mortgage Sales with DMA/DST/Bank Branches, possess customer relationship management skills, and demonstrate a sales and service orientation. A Graduate/MBA qualification is required for this role.,
