Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dhanbad. As a Relationship Manager - Healthcare Finance at HDFC Bank, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with healthcare business clients. Core responsibilities include identifying potential clients, assessing their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions such as loans, credit lines, and financial advisory services. Additionally, the role requires maintaining strong customer relationships, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and procedures while achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and client servicing skills
• Financial analysis and business development experience, particularly in evaluating financial needs within the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of banking products, financial services, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow business portfolios
• Proficiency in financial planning and credit assessment
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector is a plus
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
