 Relationship Manager - GL South East 
 About The Role  
The Relationship Manager - GL South East is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the South East region, delivering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and acting as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients in the South East region.
  • Understand clients’ financial needs and provide appropriate solutions and advice.
  • Manage and grow a designated portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling relevant products and services.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups to ensure clients’ expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and risk managers, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Resolve client queries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitor offerings within the South East region.
  • Support business development initiatives and marketing campaigns to attract new clients.

  •  Qualifications Skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, client servicing, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the South East region as required.
