Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To achieve over all business targets on asset book-size, portfolio profitability metrics and maximizing portfolio risk adjusted return on capital (RAROC).
Business development through scoping out market/sector-agnostic corporates and add good quality corporates in portfolio.
Advising customers on Fx and Treasury requirements, help manage cost of funds.
Engage with credit and risk team for credit underwriting and project finance appraisals.
Engage with cross vertical functions and meeting business and operational requirements of business.
Responsible for entire life cycle of the deal from origination to disbursement and post-disbursement compliance.
Ability to engage productively with senior management, CXO of portfolio companies to negotiate commercials, understand business outlook, source new business etc.

Closely monitoring portfolio companies, tracking quarterly financials, compliance with sanctioned conditions and identify Early Warning Signs (EWS) for appropriate actions.
