Relationship Manager – Digital Marketing

Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent client service and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client goals and communicate digital marketing strategies effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients
• Handle client queries, feedback, and escalate issues when necessary
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing or account management (digital marketing background preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, ads, etc.)

Work Schedule:
Sunday to Friday| 09:00 PM – 6:00 AM (On-site)
