Job Description

Relationship Manager Debt Syndication

Location- Goregaon

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Serve as the single point of contact for all client queries related to debt

solutions.

2. Deal Origination & Execution

Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Achieve monthly targets for new mandates and successful syndications.

3. Transaction Management

Guide clients through application, documentation, and structuring.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution.

4. Market Intelligence & Collaboration

Stay informed on competitor products and market trends.
Work closely with product, credit, and operations teams to ensure seamless

processing.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or equivalent.
6 months to 2 years of experience in financial services or client relationship

management.

Strong track record of achieving financial targets.

Core Skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in teams.
