Role Overview: You will be responsible for originating new business prospects within the SME sector through direct sourcing and open market channels. Additionally, you will acquire SME customers, manage their proposals, and guide them up to the disbursement stage. You will also meet existing SME clients to identify business opportunities and drive revenue. Providing SMEs with working capital facilities and cross-selling retail banking products to SME customers will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will assess credit risk associated with SME clients, conduct financial analysis, structure credit facilities, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
