Position Yes Private Relationship Manager
BU/Function Credit Cards Customer Services
Reporting to Yes Private Contact Centre
Would be part of Yes Bank Credit team, handling Yes Private customers through Inbound calls, Outbound calls and emails. Need to ensure all customer service queries, requests and complaints are resolved with utmost accuracy and urgency. •
Employee is expected to demonstrate highest standard of call & email quality and product knowledge to deliver superlative customer experience •
To develop strong customer, connect and focus on customer delight by setting up customer expectations •
Responsible for achieving targets with ensuring high quality of service with no absenteeism or hygiene issues.
Highlight and raise issues and complaints of customers to the supervisors in a pro-active manner to pre-empt complaints.
Provide real time inputs and raise red flags on process gap
Ensure timely attending of the huddles and refreshers and quizzes & aim to score high on the tests conducted.
Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate Experience: 0 to 2 Years Candidate should have completed
