Relationship Manager - Control Tower Team

In this role, you will be responsible for providing centralized monitoring and oversight for all supply chain legs including First Mile, Procurement, Line Haul/Transportation, Fulfillment Centers, Last Mile, and returns. Your main goal will be to ensure operational efficiency, process adherence, timely deliveries, and a superior customer experience across all stages of the supply chain. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring daily logistics activities and tracking supply chain performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to drive timely and accurate order fulfillment. - Conducting process adherence checks, analyzing metrics, and generating operational reports. - Troubleshooting, resolving real-time operational issues, and escalating as needed. You will play a critical role in optimizing the supply chain processes and ensuring seamless operations to meet customer expectations and business goals.,
