Job Duties:

• Client Onboarding: Welcome and guide new clients, answer initial queries.
• Data Management: Regularly update and verify client details & preferences.
• Profile Shortlisting: Identify, shortlist, and suggest potential matches.
• Client Support: Assist members with communication, counselling, and feedback.
• Meetings & Coordination: Schedule and attend client meetings, including Roka ceremonies.
• Team Assistance: Support Relationship Managers in delivering services to clients.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle clerical and operational activities related to client servicing.
